Unlocking RDP sessions
Remote desktop connections offer limited options for entering credentials to unlock a session.
If AuthLite is installed
- You can enter the password followed by the OTP, together into the single "password field". Or,
- You can set group policies so the username field is always visible, and enter the OTP there.
If AuthLite is NOT installed
- You can set group policies so the username field is always visible, and enter the OTP there. Or,
- Close the RDP connection and open a new one, entering OTP in the username field and password as usual. Or,
- You could install AuthLite and enter the password followed by the OTP, together into the single "password field".
