Remote desktop connections offer limited options for entering credentials to unlock a session.

If AuthLite is installed

If AuthLite is NOT installed

  • You can set group policies so the username field is always visible, and enter the OTP there. Or,
  • Close the RDP connection and open a new one, entering OTP in the username field and password as usual. Or,
  • You could install AuthLite and enter the password followed by the OTP, together into the single "password field".
