Member Servers

AuthLite software should be installed if AuthLite users will be logging on interactively to that system, but otherwise it's not necessary. For example you do not need to install software on your back-end Exchange servers, because the actual logon is performed elsewhere.

In certain cases AuthLite must be installed.  In the case of NetMotion Mobility, AuthLite must be on the server to properly parse incoming requests where the password and OTP are included together in the same field.
